Manufacturing of Vinyl Records
Records Cut
The vinyl cutting process we carry out at Artesanos del Groove is completely handmade.
Each record is cut in real time using a recording lathe. The lathe's cutting head transmits all the audio information through the stylus directly onto the blank vinyl record (a smooth PVC record).
Manufacturing takes exactly as long as the track's total playing length. After that, the record is ready to play and is a single piece.
Records pressed
For larger runs, we offer traditionally pressed discs.
Starting with a minimum of 100 discs, we have agreements with several national and international factories, which allows us to provide high-quality service in short timeframes.
We take care of coordinating the entire process, so you only have to worry about making the best music. We actively participate in the key production stage: mastering and lacquer or DMM cutting, ensuring your records sound their best.
A beautiful cover or spectacular color effects are useless if the most important aspect of an album, like the sound, is lacking. Our extensive experience as electronic and urban music producers speaks for itself.
Service of Mastering
Audio mastering is the final step in the music production process.
It involves the application of a set of audio processing techniques that seek to ensure that music sounds its best in the medium in which it will be played.
These techniques include equalization, compression, saturation, stereo enhancement, limiting, audio restoration, and other finishing touches. We offer an analog mastering service to ensure your music sounds its best.
We offer mastering services for both music intended for use on digital platforms/media and for vinyl formats.
We create a warm, weighty, and defined sound for your music through the use of analog equipment that creates a unique sonic character thanks to its tubes, transistors, transformers, and other electrical circuits. In the digital age, differentiate your sound with an analog touch.

Artesanos del Groove is a music publishing and vinyl record production workshop founded in 2019, based in Don Benito (Badajoz). Our facilities have all the necessary machinery and experience to produce vinyl records in limited editions ranging from 1 to 50 copies, including analog audio mastering, record cutting, and cover and cookie printing.
We also have commercial agreements with various industrial disc pressing and large-scale printing factories, which allow us to handle the production of larger projects starting at 100 copies.
As a music publisher and record producer specializing in electronic and urban music, we work to promote the production of vinyl records from various labels and artists, offering a comprehensive service that encompasses all the stages necessary for the exploitation of a vinyl record:
