If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of return, without penalty, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the products purchased on the website https://artesanosdelgroove.com/ The products to be returned must be sent within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you notify Waxport.es that you exercise your right of withdrawal.

Conditions for exercising the right of return

 You have the right to return the purchased merchandise within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days without the need for justification. The return period will expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession. To exercise the right of return, you must notify us by email info@artesanosdelgroove.com or telephone number +34614448476, of your decision to return the merchandise. To comply with the return deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a shipping number so that your product can be collected. The shipping number must be indicated visibly on the shipping label but never on the original packaging.

• The right of return will not apply to contracts that refer to:

1) The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as vinyl records and their covers and cookies, ordered under our Dubplate recording or record pressing service. The various processes and specifications of the work we perform are explained in detail in the FAQs section. The execution of an order is understood as the customer's acceptance and compliance with the specifications on the FAQs page.

2) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

3) The supply of sound and/or audiovisual recordings, sealed and provided on any physical medium (CD, Vinyl, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.), which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

• Products to be returned must be returned to the Seller in a single shipment and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in such return.

• The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier service within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you notify artesandelgroove.com that you exercise your right of return.

If, once received by Artesanos del Groove, your return cannot be accepted due to its lack of compliance with the conditions indicated above, we will contact you. In this latter case, you can request that the items be returned and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If this option is rejected, Artesanos del Groove reserves the right to retain the merchandise as well as the corresponding amount for the products purchased.

Conditions of return

If you request a return, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to return the items. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever is earlier.
